About the Role:
Northeastern Assembly, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Pick and Pack associate to join our team in Taunton, MA. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on production environment where your work makes a real impact every day. This job is a temporary position from October to December.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and assemble products accurately according to work orders and specifications
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality control and ensure items meet standards before packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently
Requirements:
- Good eyesight, accuracy depends on your ability to read small print.
- Previous experience in assembly, pick and pack, warehouse, or light manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order accuracy

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
